These terms govern your use of the greetcrumbs app and website ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use greetcrumbs on devices you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You provide the inputs (such as names and occasions) and you own the cards you create. You are responsible for what you write and how you use and share your cards. Do not use greetcrumbs to create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. greetcrumbs is meant for good-natured greetings, including playful or savage humour aimed at people who are in on the joke.
Some tones produce edgy, adult-oriented humour. Those tones are intended for users who are 18 or older and may be gated behind an age check. By using them you confirm you meet the age requirement.
We work to keep the Service running but provide it on an "as available" basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
